The Tapping Points (non-Covid)
It doesn't matter which side of the body you tap, or if you tap on one side or both at the same time. Just do what feels comfortable to you.
Side of Your Hand (Karate Chop Point) - is located in the middle of the fleshy part of the outside edge of the hand, between the top of the wrist and the base of the little finger. Exactly where you would ‘karate chop’ something.
Top of Your Head – this is the crown area; tap with one hand in a circular motion, using two or three fingertips.
Eyebrow - Inner corner of eyebrow nearest nose
Side of Eye – on bone at side of eye
Under Eye – on bone under eye
Under Nose – directly under nose
Chin – directly below lower lip in groove of chin
Collar Bone (Tarzan Point) – make a V with your hand and thumb and tap just below your neck. Or do a Tarzan thump with both fists (gently, knock just below collarbone.)
Under Arm (Tickle Point) – 10cm below the armpit. This one you can either hug yourself and tap on both sides or raise your arm as if to be tickled and tap on one side.
Back of Hand - in-between little finger and fourth finger below the knuckle on hand (find the little groove)
