A Quick Version of Energy Tapping

 

 


1- Identify the Problem/Emotion,

2- State your Set-Up Phrase 3x while

tapping on the side of your hand (karate Chop)
3-Continue With Tapping Sequence

while tuning into your issue and stating

 your reminder phrase. Ending on Karate Chop

4- Take Deep breath
Continue with steps 3&4 as needed

 until you feel better.

The Set-up Phrase involves acknowledging

you have a problem and then affirming self-acceptance;

 

"Even though I have this emotion/problem I

deeply and completely accept myself"

 

The reminder phrase helps maintain focus

on the issue being treated - "This emotion/problem"

 

Try Tapping Each Point 7X

 

TH=Top of Head

EB=Eyebrow

SE=Side of Eye

UE=Under Eye

UN=Under Nose

CH=Chin

CB=Collar Bone

UA=Under Arm

BH=Back of Hand (in-between little finger and ring finger below knuckles on hand)

         KC=Karate Chop
