A Quick Version of Energy Tapping
1- Identify the emotion/problem
2- State your Set-Up Phrase 3x while tapping karate chop point. -
"Even though I have this emotion/problem I completely accept myself"
*The Set-up Phrase involves acknowledging you have a problem
and then affirming self-acceptance;
3-Continue With Tapping Sequence beginning at the top of your head.
At the same time tune into your issue and repeatedly state
your reminder phrase "This emotion/problem", end at back of hand
*The reminder phrase helps maintain focus
4- Take a Full Deep breath & assess your problem/emotion
Continue with steps 3&4 as needed until you feel better.
