I believe physical-mental-emotional & spiritual aspects are all connected and all affect our well-being and healthy balance. My eclectic, client-centred approach to therapy, is based on an individuals goals and expected outcomes. I am a professional counselor through McMaster university, an advanced level 3 EFT practitioner, an author, Certified Bowen Health Practitioner and have my level 2 Reiki ; I have had the privilege of working with some incredible people at; an accredited children's mental health agency, youth agencies, a Women's drug and alcohol treatment centre, and an emergency shelter for women /children; I have also had the wonderful opportunity to teach violence and drug prevention to school children, grades 5 through 12 on the caribbean Island of St. Maarten. My professional counselling experience goes back 10 years, 6 which have

included energy tapping.

My own journey of recovery has been a lifetime of ups and downs with the ups tipping the scale for the past 20 years. My personal experience adds to my professionalism within the recovery field, giving me the extra knowledge of having walked the walk.
