I believe physical-mental-emotional & spiritual aspects are all connected and all affect 

our well-being and healthy balance. My eclectic approach to Therapy offers Conventional Counselling (Family and/or Individual), Energy Therapy or a combination of both. I am a Professional Counsellor through McMaster University, an Advanced Level 3 EFT Practitioner and have my Reiki level 2; I have worked for an accredited children's mental health agency, youth agencies, a Women's treatment centre and shelter and taught violence and drug prevention to school children, grades 5 through 12 (Island of St. Maarten). My professional counselling experience goes back 8 years- 3 which have included energy therapy. I am also a qualified workshop facilitator and presenter in the Burlington/Waterdown area.
